This Disclaimer contains important information regarding the RISE Iloilo City Mobile App (the “App”). The Smart Development Institute (“SDI”) ("us", "we", or "our"), operates the RISE Iloilo City Mobile App (the “App”).

SDI works to ensure the App contains correct and up-to-date information regarding community services and events.

By downloading, accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with this Disclaimer and you further acknowledge that your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.  The contents of the App, including without limitation, all data, information, text, graphics, links and other materials are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.  SDI does not accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, or reliability of the information contained on the App and for decisions taken by the user based solely on the information provided on the App.

RISE IIOILO CITY MOBILE APP PRIVACY POLICY

The Smart Development Institute (“SDI”) ("us", "we", or "our"), operates the RISE Iloilo City Mobile App (the “App”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) informs you of SDI's policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.

SDI offers the App as an exclusive service provided to the residents of the community for the exclusive use of its residents, employees of SDI, and other parties authorized by SDI to service the community. SDI may collect and use your Personal Information to communicate with you regarding the App services that you may use.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

 

Information Collection and Use

In using our App, we may ask you to provide us Personal Information that can be used to service your needs and/or improve your use of the App, such as your name, email adress, location, etc. Users have the opportunity when using the App to grant or deny access to their contacts, calendar, device location, and access to photos, media, and files in their device. However, the Personal Information collected during such process will not be stored on SDI’s systems, and will be discarded after such Personal Information has been used exclusively to support users’ activities while using the App.

Like many App operators, we collect information whenever you use the App (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze use of the App.

We may collect various usage information for statistical and analytical purposes such as number of users, analyze location of users, usage of each feature of the App such as how often a particular feature is being used. We will use these statistics for the continuous refinement and advancement of the mobile app features and content. We have no intention of sharing the information we collect with any third party.
