It explores how to leverage Digital Technology and perform Transformational Changes in the maritime industry to foster Triple Helix (public, private, and academic sectors) collaboration, promote Digital Inclusion, and explore the use of a One-Stop Mobile App to act as a centralized hub for information services and support.
